BIOGRAPHY:

Music is in Amanda's blood. Her mother (graduate of Manhattan School of Music) started her on violin at the age of three, her father was a songwriter who wrote for Sarah Vaughan, and her aunt, mentor, and coach, Pat Holley (JUILLIARD), is a veteran songwriter who discovered,coached, managed, wrote for, and mentored Stephanie Mills for five years and coached Doug E. Fresh among numerous other stars! The multi-ethnic, young girl is a professional singer, actor (member of the Actors' Equity Association), violinist, songwriter, award winning poet (works published by Columbia Press), dancer, and also plays piano. Her mother is Italian, her father is African American, Native American, and Irish - and his roots can be traced back to Egypt. She is just a few years out of high school and has studied at numerous schools and academies in NYC (see information below on training). Amanda is also a voice coach / voice teacher at three music schools and was most recently employed by Tone Capone (A&R for Universal Records) for 2 years as a voice teacher to his artist. She is currently the voice teacher for a Grammy Award winning singer as well as the executive producer, director, and arranger for the Summer Music Gala '09 at the Symphony Space Thalia Theater on W. 95th St. in Manhattan.

* In June 2007, Amanda teamed up with Nyki Wilkes and Jessica Moultrie as a part of a girl group in a venture which Jessica started with D. Prosper (head of G. Unit Management Co.).

* Amanda then decided that she wanted to sing songs that were more in the vein of Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Aretha, Donna Summer, and Ella so she took the advice of a few of her new found contacts and started working on her own project.

MUSIC NOW:

Amanda's current project consists of productions and songs written by herself, Michael Makowski, LegzDymond(LegzDymondStamp.com), , NOE (Byrd Gang) check out his hit song Limelight (featuring Amanda Holley), Chink Santana (The Byrd Gang, producer for Tony Braxton), Roi Anthony aka Chips (winner of the ITUNES Indie Producer of The Year Award), Sounskeezy (producer for Nas), Alizee & Portiay (Producer for R. Kelly, Puff Daddy, The Beat Brokerz, and The Track Masters), and Uncle Ruck (Uncle Murda & Lil Kim), Dennis Williams (The O' Jay's, Backstreet Boys, Patti LaBelle, The Temptations, Stephanie Mills, etc.) along with numerous other hot producers,writers, sound engineers and industry veterans! All of her material is autobiographical!
WITH A MIX OF ITALIAN, AFRICAN AMERICAN, AND NATIVE AMERICAN (CHEROKEE), AMANDA CAN MARKET VIRTUALLY ANY PRODUCT FROM TOOTHPASTE TO DIAMONDS AND PLAY NUMEROUS ETHNICITIES.

She has a four and a half octave vocal range.

* Amanda began her serious studies at the Amas Musical Theater Academy AMASMUSICAL.ORG.
* She is now a professional, proud member of the Actors' Equity Association - ACTORSEQUITY.ORG.
* She was mentored by her aunt, vocal coach and Juilliard trained musician, Pat Holley.

* Miss Holley has been an employed actor of the WORLD RENOWNED Negro Ensemble Company (where Denzel Washington had his start) under the Adelco Award winning director, Charles Weldon - among other reputable companies in NYC.

* AMANDA HAS JUST FINISHED FILMING THE STARRING ROLE OF A FILM CALLED: SIP N' SIN (DJ RED ALERT from HOT 97 & Lawrence St. Victor *The Guiding Light).
* AMANDA IS ALSO THE SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN A NEW CHRISTIAN FILM - HOLY HUSTLERS - available through Blockbuster and Suncoast.
* Amanda has recently been a prinicpal actor / model in the national commercial for Fearless Music TV and it was aired on FOX, ABC, NBC, and UPN9.

FURTHER TRAINING:

* Studio Dante - The Sopranos' star Michael Imperioli's theater. This is a class of less than 8 people in which each student gets at least 30 minutes of individual instructional time. In this class, Amanda was trained one on one by Michael Imperioli, Sharon Angela, Vince Curatola, and Nick Sandow.
