My Rocket Heart

The Central, FL music scene, a scene dominated by hardcore, emo, and worship bands, has birthed a brand new catchy, hook-driven, raw and energetic brand of rock in the music of My Rocket Heart. Being equally inspired by Weezer, Relient K, Bleach, and Elvis Costello, MRH has perfected a power-pop-rock sound that is screaming for attention. MRH has played all around the Southeastern US including visits to Cornerstone FL, the Murray Hill Theatre (Jacksonville, FL), Café Jam (Hendersonville, NC) and other events and venues throughout the region. The band does not hide spirituality in their lyrics, but instead, allows the songs to convey the real and emotional relationship they have with Jesus Christ. MRH has recorded several independent albums and they have appeared on many Florida compilation CDs including Real Fest 05, Damos Agency Radio CD, and The Murray Hill Theatre “Rock for the Masses” Volume 1. My Rocket Heart has had a proven track record in delivering one of the best and most high energy live shows around the area.
