"Kincaide in Duncan w/ N-7, Perfect Trend & Anachron"

This show was loud as fuck!

I cant believe that I still have ringing in my ears!!

Perfect Trend was the usual with kick ass high energy and all the right thigs to get the crowd started.

The second band up was good, but man I cant stand that singer. Musicially tight, vocally loose.

N-7!!!
I am at a loss for words.
If you see these cats in town... SEE THEM!!!!

Kincaide....
Well, I think these guys are all washed up... come on... playing in Duncan... that HAS to be the end of your career!!!

NOT!

I love the new music, was a nice surprise and made it worth while coming back tp my home town.
See you at lucky!!! - Matteus Clement on www.livevictoria.com

"Local Band N-7 raring to go for Hedley gig Friday"

"With three strobe lights going off with the photographer sometimes aiming from the ceiling, other times lying on the floor, searching for the perfect way to capture the energy and spirit of the talented quintet,"
"Scene Two takes place at Cobble Hill Hall Friday night. The band is sharing the stage with another group, CarSis and the place is already jumping when the Citizen arrives. By the time N-7 takes the stage, the crowd is ready for them. It takes little urging for the fans to press up to the chaotic stage and even less for the band to let fly."
"Evereything combines to pump up the already heated atmosphere even further. The drummer, Fox, goes ballistic and Wilkinson's howl threatens to peel the paint from the walls. The guitarists, all sinewy arms and boney fingers, knees bent, lean into the music, lost in their own world and yet right there, too." - Lexi Bainas from the Citizen News Paper

"Packed house gets double treat"

"They were swinging from the rafters friday night at the Cowichan Theatre as pop idols Hedley hit Duncan for a sold-out Island-exclusive preformance"
"The crowd was mainly female, as expected, and they got more then they expected as local band, N-7 opened the show with a high-energy set the lit the place on fire." - Lexi Bainas from the Citizen News Paper

"Raunch and roll and they love it"

"...Local stage apprentices N-7 on warm-up duty Friday.
Screaming singer Rob Wilkinson foreshadowed Hoggard's" (Lead Singer of Hedley) "act without any of the high jinx as N-7 belted out eight tunes including Evacuate, The Black Window, Bleeding and Greed for its giddy female fans.
Bassist Joe Donohue, Guitarist Matt Gladman and drummer Joel Fox erected N-7's wall of noise during its appropriate introduction of unrefined bedlam and rampant testosterone." - Peter Rusland from the News Leader News Paper

Bio

N-7 is a Canadian band from Duncan, B.C that consists of Five members, Rob Wilkinson (18) Matt Gladman (19) Joel Fox (18) Joe Donohue (20), all with different ideas of what music is and what music should be.

The band was formed in late 2004 with Rob, Joel and Matt creating the ground work for N7's style and musical theme, but those songs weren't fully completed without the input and creative ideas of the two newest members, Joe (Joining in late 2005) and Dane (Joining in Early 2006). With all Five members in place, the songs that were written 2 years prior have a new and unique style but still keep the old feel intact and the newest material is just as heavy, brooding, melodic and insane as ever. Just to prove that an actual small town band can have the will to break through all the barriers that a relatively exterminated music scene has to offer they have just recently finished a 2 song E.P. at Woodshop Recordings on Vancouver Island, which includes one single that will be hitting western B.C. radio stations throughout spring.

N-7 experiments with lyric themes including schizophrenia and the post apocalypse, some of life's darkest tragedies. As dark as the songs become, however, there is always a light side that shines onto everything that N-7 creates, showing that you can still find light in the darkest things in life.
