What inspires your music?

- That's a big question. I get inspired by listening to other songs. When I am really inspired by an artist, I check out their music and try to rebuild the sound. Then I'm so much into it, that it often happens that I create a new style or sound. Over all, I would say that life is what inspires me. I wanna translate feelings into music so that everyone can understand the story.

How did you start your recording career?

- I wrote my first song when I was 10 years old. I first took it as a hobby, although I knew that this is who I am and that I want to become a professional songwriter. But I never had the courage to take it to the next level. As I grew older I don't want to hide anymore and so now here I am and ready for the race ;-)

What is your (EP/Single) called? How did you come up with it?

- My debut single "Rise & Fall" has been released in may 2019. This Valentine's Day my second single "Wonderful" will be released. It's a power ballad with catchy brass-sections instrumentals. I'm gonna release more singles this year - also a tropical-house summer tune is ready for release. :)

What is your genre of music?

- Popmusic, Electro-Pop

Who are your influences?

- I grew up in the 90tis and I'm inspired by those strong woman voices like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston or Christina Aguilera. I'm also a fan of Demi Lovato and at the moment especially of scandinavian artists like Sigrid, Julie Bergan and Aurora.

How do you define success?

- Another big question :-) Hmm. Success for me is when I achieve my goals. There are smaller and bigger goals, so success is very varying depending on the aim.

What can we expect from you in 2020?

- New music that is going to be released and some other secret projects ;-) - Big Sound Blog

NADEEN is a swiss singer/songwriter with ambitions.

She released her debut single Rise & Fall on 17 May 2019. The track has it all. I like the catchy melodies. Besides, the vocals are crystal clear. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the powerful hooks.
