Nadia; an experienced vocalist, musician, dancer and producer. A woman of Trinidadian and Syrian descent, born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She owns a sense of humor and naturally loves long walks on the beach. Nadia is bilingual; competent in Arabic and English. She is spiritual and well rounded. Nadia loves to cook and dance. She studied jazz, balet and hip-hop dance for a total of eleven years. She also plays basketball and soccer, two sports in which her 5’9” height proves quite beneficiary. Born the 14th of May, 1982, “the characteristics of Taurus are solidity,
practicality, extreme determination and strength of will”.

From the age of six, Nadia has loved to sing. Her immense talent and vocal development led her to many opportunities throughout her life. For fourteen years, she was collectively involved in an array of choirs, including the Amadeus Touring Choir, the Surrey Children’s Choir, the Surrey Honors Choir, and the Vancouver Children’s Choir. Nadia is not only musically inclined due to her voice, but she has also taken upon herself the learning of various instruments. She played piano since age seven, and played clarinet in high school. She has even taken lessons in guitar. The skilled originator enjoys producing and creating beats for other artists and has experience in voiceover work. Furthermore, Nadia is a very accomplished student. She attended post-secondary school on an earned music scholarship, where she studied radio and television, as well as classical music.

Nadia’s greatest influences include Michael Jackson, Ella
fitzgerald, Billy Holiday, Ledisi, Jill Scott, and Erykah Badu. She admires musical theatre and Opera. Nadia dreams of traveling the world in order to spread love through her divine music.
