Following his latest soundtrack release: I-yen-mei-leg Village No.3, Pau-dull (Chen Jian-Nian), the winner of the best vocalist and best songwriter from the Golden Melody Award in Taiwan, vividly presents the enchanting sound of “Nanwan Sisters� from the Nanwang village of Puyuma tribe and restores his memories of days in youth by this collection. As a producer, Pau-dull has spent over two years to finish this musical project, from collecting materials, writing lyrics, musical arranging, composing as well as recording. Drawing his inspiration from the traditional songs of his ancestral heritage: Puyuma, Pau-duall uses the traditional songs of the Puyuma people combined with diverse musical elements, ranging from folk, ritual music, New age, along with his new creative works, to sing of daily life in an aboriginal village, Nanwang. “Nanwan Sisters,� with their gentle and touching voices, deeply outlines the energetic perspectives of daily lives and discovers the beauty of their ancestral home, where mountains and oceans magnificently meets.
