Growing up on the westside of Atlanta(this section of atlanta was made famous by T.I., shawty Lo, The franchise boys, etc.) Narlo was raised without the father figure and mom had limited time for him and his sibling. Phenom as he is sometimes called has had his fair share of hang ups and let downs in the game as well as life.
