Nassau Boy Records

Nassau Boy Records LLC is a independent recording label that was co-founded and established in 2009 by Rudolph Ellis Jr. and Corey A. Ellis. Two brothers who were heavily introduced to all genre of music by their Bahamian father, who was an immigrant from Nassau, Bahamas.

Although Rudy "Nassau" Ellis Sr. migrated to the states in 1966 to pursue other opportunities he always visited his homeland accompanied by his family allowing them to share his culture and growing experiences. Little did he know that exposing his sons to his background and his countrymen love of music and the world renowed Junkanoo would give them musical direction.

The duo has created a marketing plan consisting of a logo and trademark revealing their father with colors of expression symbolizing his heritage. As hoped by him his influence on them will manifest forever as he is remembered in presentation by every musical production released by Nassau Boy Records.

So who are we? We are soldiers fighting to the end; we are the enlightenment of our community with a pad and pen. We have bridged it along instruments and studio production so the world can hear our songs and know our very funtion. Barriers will build obstacles as hindrance is foreseen, but it's music and we're of it because music fills our dreams. It is important that when you hear music its influential, motivating, and leaving you with a feel good spirit.
