You Will Live

Written By: Natalie Tom-Yew Lothringen

You Will Live…

Verse 1
When I was young, I was taught to stand on my own,
There are times when I fell, I was never alone.

As I grew up in your trust,
A reflection of you,
I became all that I am,
Strength and love too.

You always said your task,
Was to give us your all,
Then the Angels of Mercy,
Set you free when they called.

CHORUS 1
You will live in my heart
You will live in my soul,
There are only two places where we never get old.

And you will always be free
As you grow in my memory
I will hold out my hand,
When you walk this with me.

Verse 2
There are times when I’ll laugh, Times when I’ll cry,
What’s the point of this life, If we live just to die?

For the sake of our love, I will carry this load,
It will ease over time, As we walk down this road.

I know life is a journey,
But what’s at the end?
How can I carry on, without my rock, and my friend?

CHORUS 1

CHORUS 2
You live in my heart
You live in my soul,
There are only two places, where we never get old.

You are finally free
As you grow in my memory
I will hold out my hand,
When you walk this with me.

TAG
We can walk, and be free…
Forever be free…

You will live in me.

It's Not Right

Written By: Natalie Tom-Yew Lothringen

IT’S NOT RIGHT

VERSE 1
How many times do I have to cry?
All I wanna do is see eye to eye,
Seems like a lot to be askin for tonight.

No one ever can just understand
I said “No it’s not you, it’s just me again”
I’ve heard it all before, so I’ll just pretend, right now.

CHORUS 1
Said I don’t wanna fight no more
Maybe you should leave and walk out the door.
How many times do I have to see this sight?

It’s not right,
It’s not right.

VERSE 2
(Whisper) You said
‘Baby I’m in love with you,
you’re the only one who can see me through’
I was there for you, every day, and all day and all night

Is it so easy to forget the past?
Shouldda known from the start this shit would last,
I’m not in the mood to pretend that this is right.

CHORUS 1

BRIDGE
Baby please.
Never misconceive, how could you let us fall apart?
I always wanted more from this, but somehow you did not.

Instrumental Break

VERSE 3
Too many love affairs live a lie
Cheating I could bear but now I realize,
You don’t even love me the way you say, you say.

Take another knife, put it through my heart
The minute I am bleeding my healing starts,
I’m ready to move on from this moment right here, right now.

CHORUS 2
Said I don’t wanna fight no more,
I’m glad to see you leave and walk out the door!
You’re never coming back and I know for sure right now

But it’s alright, baby
I’m alright…..

SAM

Verse 1
I see the twinkle in your eye, (hey hey hey)
I love way ya laugh and smile, (whoa oh oh)

Ah must be crazy, you amaze me, in the weirdest kinda way
You don’t know it, but I see it, and I love it all the…

CHORUS
…same
Here’s the thing,
This might sound
Kinda strange.

You don’t know, Who I am
You even think, My name is Sam
(but what the hell)
I love the game, the games we play
I say, lets play…Now

Verse 2
Ya walkin slowly, and distract me (hey hey hey)
Just another cup o’ coffee, (whoa oh oh)

Ev’ry mornin at the same time, you don’t ask me, but I’m quite fine
I won’t blow it, but I know it, and I love it all the…

CHORUS

BRIDGE
What’s in a name, when we play this game?….no, this game.

I may as well be in disguise.
Blonde hair, blue eyes….blue eyes.

What’s it gonna take for you, to see me, so I can get a rise?

A Rise……

Repeat Verse 1

CHORUS

Believe

Written By: Natalie Tom-Yew Lothringen

Verse 1
When all is lost
And it’s hard to smile,
Search within
Search within to find

Let courage
And hope, unite us all.

Chorus
This flame’s alive
In our hearts today

If we don’t concede
We can achieve our dreams
We must just, Believe.

Verse 2
Let's take this day
To lead the way,
Pass the clouds of doubt,
We can take them out (yea)

Let freedom
And love, unite us all.

Chorus
This flame’s alive
In our hearts today

If we don’t concede
We can achieve our dreams
We must just, Believe.

Even if a chance is small,
We’ll take a chance than take none at all.
We can fight together or fight alone,
We’ll take it, and make it, and make it our own.

Chorus
This flame’s alive
In our hearts today!

If we don’t concede
We can achieve our dreams,
We must just….Believe.

The Wolf's Song (Melancholy Plays)

Written By: Natalie Tom-Yew Lothringen

Verse 1
There’s a wolf that likes to walk at night
Beneath the crowded skies,
And he cannot seem to feel.

All the wild flowers beneath his feet
Crushed by his claws,
And they cannot seem to breathe.

Oh the way is dark
And I cannot see….

Chorus
Another desert out there
My body’s lifeless and bare,
Melancholy plays wrote in vain
Never felt blood through their veins.

Verse 2
Oh my lantern dims in the misty air
There was a chill,
And I cannot seem to see.

If I can tell the world a thing or two
That would be,
Neglect to never feel.

Oh the way is dark
And I cannot see…

Chorus
Another desert out there
My body’s lifeless and bare,
Melancholy plays wrote in vain
Never felt blood through their veins.

Instrumental Break

Oh the way is dark
And I cannot see…

Melancholy plays wrote in vain,
Never felt blood through their veins.

Why?
