Since the time of Duke Ellington there has not been a more relevant artist to emerge from the capital of the free world-Washington D.C.-than Nathaniel Benneton Grey.
Affectionately known as "Nate Gski" by his fellow contemporaries & fans alike,Nate G. is a compelling artist from Uptown D.C. He has been rhyming since 2001 & has performed in over 100 shows in D.C.,North Carolina,Atlanta,Virginia,Maryland,and New York collectively.
His style of rhyming is vivid,fluid and thought provoking delivered by a baritone rumbling voice.
Nate G. paints a picture of a reemerging renaissance within the metropolitan area.
D.C. played a prominent role in the Harlem Renaissance serving as a hub for artists to produce,master & elevate their respective crafts. D.C. is on the zenith of another renaissance with so many artists beginning to garner attention to the area.
Nate G. not only plays a vital role in this renaissance but embodies it.
