Bio

Nathaniel Kimble was born in Beniot, Mississippi, a small town 15 miles northeast of Greenville, Mississippi. It was here that Nathaniel found his talent for singing as he sung in the church choir. Even though he loved gospel music dearly he had a keen interest in the blues. Nathaniel collected blues singers' music from all around the world and learned their lyrics. He was inspired by well known artists such as, the late Tyrone Davis, Johnny Taylor, Marvin Sease, and Willie Clayton. He finally realized it was time to put his talent in front of an audience and started singing in an area club where the crowd showed much appreciation. Nathaniel enjoyed having fun singing the tunes of other artist but he had not felt the ultimate feeling of having his own songs. He secretly started writing and recording and later released his first album in 2000 "Can U Bagg It Up?" and it became a smash hit across the world. He recorded his second album in 2002,"Please Don't Go"and “Ghetto Club” which was requested by popular demand. Mardi Gras Records reserved all rights to the third album " Better Get Ready" and Nathaniel released his fourth album in 2005 called Sensational, “2 Steps” reached # 5 on the radio charts and “Happy” became a feel good song that became popular with his fans. Nathaniel did not take a break and went back in the studio in 2006 to record his fifth album “Baby I’m Back” and with another hit “You Make Me Happy.”
Nathaniel decided to take a break to devout more time with his family which allowed him to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. He returned to the studio in 2009 to release his next album Mama in memory of his mother that became #3 on the Blues Critic Charts. Then he released his next album in 2012 called “Full of that juice” and had three hit songs “Let Me Luv U”, Full Of That Juice” and the remix of “ Can You bagg It Up” which are all a popular request and demand on the radio as well as at his live performance.
