Nathan Rice has recently released his first EP entitled “LIBERTY STREET”. The 6 song EP brings a fresh new sound that will heighten your senses. The engaging sound combines the roots of folk with hints of new age spice to deliver a foot stomping, day time walking, ear to eye popping adventure. This young talent keeps it simple with chaos, surprising with the expected and sweet with bitterness. The lyrical delivery found in each song dishes out the savoury of humble pie with the underlying tenacity that will flip you up side down. The band includes the tantalizing wonder of the string noodle Matt Rice on bass and the supple flare of a Brooke Baker voice coupled with her nimble finger proposition on keys. Nate Rice fronts the young band with a timidly confident approach that has best been described as the “perfect crime”. The music is looking to spill over into the public ear with no agenda or gifts in return, but to simply be heard.
