Nautica was formed in early 2012 by three kids in their sophomore year of high school who wanted to be in a band so they could play shows with other bands they liked. Since then, they have written and recorded 2 EPs, played countless shows across 3 states with multiple nationally touring acts, and been The Deli Magazine's Artist of the Month for April 2014. Their signature blend of noise rock and high-energy alternative punk has drawn comparisons to bands ranging from Joyce Manor to Dinosaur Jr to Alkaline Trio.
