NebenGesjæft is a new Danish band as with its first single with the A-side "Superhelt" and B since: "We know" - from the start, must manifest among the established Danish pop bands.

Both songs are taken from the band's first album Superhelt, released until August.

The A-page "Superhelt" retains inspiration from the happy disco / funk days - and with the sense of the good pop music, the omiquette is beautifully rounded to a catchy and creamy whole that slides easily without ever becoming sugary. Lyduniverset is floating easy and you get the feeling of flying in the dream together with the main character of the song.

 The B-side "We Know" is a well-behaved eagerness in 6/8 fare and thus a ballet in a rollercoaster, which is self-written for the dancers on the floored floors in the new season of Wild with Dance.

The melody's little signature piece, repeated a few times before it is completely fired in the crescendo piece towards the end of the song, simply is not able to get out of the head again. It is a balloon of utmost character.

The entire album Superhelt shows the band's sense of well-written and relevant pop music. It's hard to put a leg in a booth; They play the entire repertoire - from mainstream pop to reggae over funk and soft ballads with exquisite keyboard riffs and crisp guitars.

NebenGesjæft writes and sings in Danish and arranges all their music herself. The band is compared and characterized as a well-balanced mix of Rugsted & Kreuzfeldt, Rasmus Walther, Poul Krebs, Michael Falk and TV2. It is also evident from the 7 lovely pop songs on the band's first album - and do not think one or more of these numbers will get lots of airplay and nice locations on various charts.

NebenGesjæft is based on members of the band AS VALENTIN, who performed well on the country's radio and television stations, various hitlists, live shows and most recently a second place in January 2017 in the big-scale TV show Danish Pop Talent 2016 with final in the Forum Horsens.

The band consists of tanned and experienced songwriters combined with a competent, young and energetic rhythm section that drives the individual songs.

The crew is Hans-Erik Valentin-lead vocal, Paul Møller - lead guitar, keyboards and choir, Bjarne Steffen Jørgensen - rhythm guitar and choir Jesper Nordam - Bass and Keyboards and Mikael Bundgaard Pedersen - drums and percussions.

The 3 former forms the trio that writes and composes the band's numbers.

The last two are regular members in Odense, the music scene Dexter's husband, and regularly plays together with all the celebrities in the pop and rock industry.

On the nebenGesjæft's first album there are prominent musical friends and guest musicians:

Mark Chemnitz on keyboards - known as chapel master of various TV shows and musicians at Clemens, Barbara Moleko, Erann Drori, Tomas Buttenschøn and others.

Guitar / choir and producer Jesper Findshøj (Peak Productions) - a well-trained and very versatile master who controls the buttons on the stage in several TV shows, for Symphony Orchestra and various Danish bands such as Rugsted & Kreuztfeld.

Kor Bonnie Bach Jones - known from bands like Soulstar, Lady on the Rocks and participation in the TV programs - Allstars and X-Factor.

The present-day competent Saxophonist Hans Mydtskov also appears on the Superhelt album, which will be released until August. He plays concerts and publishes music with Superfly, Nordic Tone and Tiptoe Bigband. He has previously won a DMA with Serras, is backing for Burhan G and participates in various major TV shows.

Yes, everything is in place and the quality is alright at NebenGesjæft's debut release.
