Neck Sprain was formed in 1992.
From the very beginning, Neck Sprain took advantage of all opportunities concerning rock festivals and all kinds of invitations for giving concerts to show their talents in the genre called "heavy metal".
They did stacks of tours and received encouraging feedback all way through their carrier.
Their success in music history includes events such as:
-winning the Amateur Rock Festival in Somogy (1994)
-winning the Körmend Rock Festival (1995)
-Hungarian tour with Strong Deformity (1996)
-their new demo called "Éden" was published, which was a turning point in their music history
-winning a part of Marshall talent scouting programme
-"OVERGAIN" the band's first abum was published (1999)
-"TRUE SOUL, DEAD BODY" their second album was published (2000)
-"KEEP IT ON FAITH" the shooting of their first video clip was completed (2005)
-"HEAVYWEIGHT - 3rd ROUND" their 3rd album was published (2006)
-the band gave a full audience concert at Petõfi Csarnok as a guest group of the American Deftones.
The bands musical repertoaire merges from classic heavy metal with major role of solo guitar, mature groove-sounds, hard-core to progressive metal.
