The Neil Anderson Project is music played, written, and recorded by Neil Anderson. Neil plays all the instruments you hear, Drums, Bass, Guitars, Piano and Vocals.
Growing up in the small town of Cumberland, Rhode Island, Neil spent his younger years listening to Top 40 music. Taking on a new instrument every other year since the age of 7, he later became interested in song writing.
Neil is currently living in Brooklyn, NY, where he has a studio set up in his apartment, and just Self-Released "The Neil Anderson Project" EP on iTunes, Amazon.com, Emusic, Rhapsody.com, and Napster.
His love of Pop and Rock, along with his fondness for other genres of music, creates his own sound.
Influences include Bruce Springsteen, The Who, U2, Third Eye Blind, The Beatles, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, David Bowie.
"I love pop rock music. Its what I grew up on. My mom would play American Top 40 all the time in the car and at home. Nothing beats a catchy song that wont get out of your head."
