A comedian who is as unique as his name. This young entertainer is one of comedy’s fastest rising stars, His cutting edge comedy is both refreshing and universal; Nema is at home in any crowd, environment or situation. His urban edge and all around versatility affords him the rare advantage of being equally at home in front of a mainstream crowd or a completely urban audience. Nema has a gift to incorporate characters and real life experiences with wit and humor giving his audience a show that is clever, entertaining, identifiable, thought provoking-and most of all uproariously funny.

Nema Williams was picked as One of Cedric the Entertainers “starting line up” Cedric’s picks for the most promising new faces in comedy, a film to be released this summer. Nema can also be seen on Comedy Central “comic Groove”, BET Comic View, and the best of BET comic view. Nema was also featured on the BET Comic View Super bowl special. Nema has worked with such acts as David Allen Grier, D.C. Curry, Guy Torrey, Mark Curry, Arnez j, Bill Bellamy, Kathleen Madigan, Sue Murphy, Aries spears and Cedric the Entertainer to name a few. Nema has performed at some of the country’s hottest, nationally recognized clubs and Colleges, and has competed in such events as The Best of the west Def Comedy Jam comedy Competition, The Bay Area Black Comedy Competition and Festival as well as the Comedy Central Brew Ha Ha. Nema has worked internationally traveling as far as Korea, Japan, Germany and Bosnia to entertain our military troops for the USO Tour. Nema has also toured with the Lucky strikes tour through Holland and other selected cities in Europe.
