Neon Factory is the collective work of two friends, written in lonely Mount Hope, just outside of Hamilton. Robert and Mark have played together for over ten years in various bands, including Hamilton's chromeyellow. In 2007 they began collaborating on the songs that would become Neon Factory. The songs are moody and unapologetic. The live shows will include Cale Elliott-Armstrong on drums and Adrian Bruno on bass and Mark and Rob covering vocals, guitar and synthesizer, as well as maning several samplers and drum pads.
Neon Factory intends to create an aural and visual spectacle in the live environment, bringing to life the world they have created for their sound. The band will release their debut album in the spring. The anticipation is mounting, and with over 200 people at their first show (at Rollys Garage with the Commandeers) there are no signs of slowing down.
