3 men had fished all night and caught nothing. At morning, as they were ready to come to shore, a man spoke to them saying, "throw you net on the other side of the boat."
Peter replied, "we have fished all night and caught nothing. "Nevertheless, at your word I will let down the net."
The man on shore was Jesus. The men in the boat obeyed His word. They caught so many fish that the net nearly broke.*
Like everyone else, followers of Christ have plenty of reasons and excuses for what we do or don't do. In the end though, all that matters is "Did we obey what Jesus said?" True success is only realized when we obey Christ and follow Him completely.
We are followers of Christ. That is the reason our band is called Nevertheless.
Some of our music is Christian and evangelistic, some is just positive music about life and love. All of it is for the Glory of God.
