New Ara

The 19 year old emcee born Aramis Cheatham is one of the music industries budding stars. With the stage name “New Ara” this young man challenges conventional music boxes and creates his own style that is second to no one. Hailing from the Chicago and freshly out of high school New Ara continues to build fans and convert pessimist to believers. "I stayed in the studio everyday," he says. "There are days I went to the studio broke, but I said I'm not going to miss one day in the studio. The day I miss could be the day God decided to bless me. It wasn't easy. By far the hardest thing I had to do in life was change, but it was by far the best move."

Born in Gary, Indiana December 10, 1992, he started singing at the age of 10 and began rapping at 12. Taking cues from his surroundings, he mustered his fledgling foray into the music industry by being a true entertainer. The emcee, dancer, actor found ways early in his life to be a true star. “ I remember dancing and singing in front of the television as a little kid” he reminisces. “I knew he was going to be a star. He was no ordinary child and I saw the making of something great in him early” said his mom. People began to notice small things in music. “My personality comes through, and my style. I think somebody who just hears my music and doesn't know me says that's a real dude. You gonna be like, ‘Dang, I wanna be like that dude right there.'” The dancer, actor model was even a basketball standout at Homewood- Flossmoor High school before he graduated.

New Ara famous line is “I know I am a cute face and is just another rapper trying to make it out of Chicago, but the difference is that I have the full package so there is no stopping me now.”

New Ara was recently on the SKY ROCKET Tour had the honor of performing at New York’s Time Square and in Atlanta at The Hip Hop Awards. NewAra Has opened up for artist such as: New Boyz , King Louie , Lil Durk , Shawna , Pleasure P, & Many more
