Bio
New Born Authority is a melodic punk/hard rock band based out of Los Angeles, California. They all have come from different parts of the country/world and began their project here in LA. Their music can be compared to artists such as Rancid, U.S. Bombs, Swingin Utters, The Clash, and Bad Religion. They continue to create new music and keep the punk scene alive by incorporating stories of past experiences and telling the world that individualism is what people need to be fighting for.
Since then, the band has played all over the California coast, ranging from backyard house parties in Santa Barbara, The Whisky A Go Go, The Roxy and House Of Blues in Hollywood, The Airliner in Downtown LA, and other venues in Orange County. New Born Authority also joined the 2013 SXSW music convention and took their music over to the Texas territory. The band recently opened for the group GFP (General Fucking Principle) who include's members from Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies, Circle Jerks, and pro skater, Tony Alva.
New Born Authority Started recording their first full length album and will conclude the process this winter. Keep updated on what the band is up to and join their quest to success.
