New Jeruse

b.Wade H.Raymond, 1977 on the 21st day of August, on the island of Jamaica. Two months after his birth, his mother took him with her to the United States. Wade fell in love with music at a young age, being only six years old he grew an interest in playing the keyboards. At the age of nine, “RUN DMC” introduces rap music to Wade. Wade took a serious liken to it, and started to write his own lyrics surprising his peers with his new found skills.

Wade feels that the power of speech is not being utilized in today’s urban music. In a world where so much chaos and confusion, we need some scene of direction. Even before ultimately giving his soul to God, Wade notice the spiral downward fall of the music he once loved so much. Everything today’s is about gangster, money and the exploitation of females. Understanding that the people buy what they like, Wade wants to give them what they need. This is the gospel for the today generation.

Wade’s stage name New Jeruse, comes from the city named New Jerusalem. This is where Jesus will establish his kingdom on earth. Also this name describe Wade’s spiritual walk with God, being destroyed and made new. Unlike a lot of R&B artists who started in the church. New Jeruse started this for the world and will continue making quality music for the world, to know our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
