This band has been a combo for a little less than a year. We met together in College and pretty much did one gig together and was blown away how incredible we blended and sounded together. We thought of the name "New Shades of Grey" because one it sounded awesome but mainly because we have white, black, and asian mixed band...showing that we can be a mixed culture and play music of many different styles. We primarily do jazz but can definitely be a good back up for R&B or Gospel music. When it comes to funk, or jam sessions, its what we do best. We got offers to record, be in music videos, and other opportunity gigs. If your looking for a Great sound, stage presence, and crowd pleasers...New Shades Of Grey is the band you'll want to see!
