Biography

NfaRed was born in Starkville, MS. The harsh realities of project life inspired him to write raps to express what was going on around him. Listeners always say they feel the pain, rawness, and realness of hood life when they listen to his music. Terrance Walker, one of the studio engineers he worked with in the past, said NfaRed's one of the most ambitious yet down-to-earth producers to ever enter the studio. In 2006 NfaRed released his second solo album titled "Predestined" in which he produced 13 of the 16 hits. Record sales from stores have been strong. Songs are getting strong airplay on local stations with positive feedback from many fans. NfaRed has performed in many shows, showcasing his skills. He even opened at a major show for Yo Gotti of Cash Money Records, a Memphis, TN native. In addition to promoting the cd and performing in regional concerts, NfaRed is busy putting the finishing touches on one of the hottest mixtapes to hit the state of Mississippi and beyond. Since beginning to rap in the late 1980s, NfaRed has produced for Pretty Boy Thug, a former Big Cat Record artist, and co-produced Knock Out Compilation, which many people say is one of the hottest compilations to ever come out of Mississippi. He also performed with some of the hottest artists in rap when they were underground. Some of these artists are Trick Daddy, Trina, Eightball and MJG, Pastor Troy, David Banner and his former group, Crooked Lettaz, and Three Six Mafia. The album caught the attention of music promotion company Sonic Wave International out of Chicago. While promoting his cd, he produced for many local artist in Mississippi and Memphis. With his talent for writing and producing music, people can feel NfaRed is destined to be a legend in rap, hip hop, and r&b.
