Biography

Atlanta based band, Niagara Mohawk, gets their name from an upstate New York power company. The band started as the result of the dissolution of several area Atlanta bands. In late 2007, Terry (guitar) and Chris (guitar/vocals) began writing and recording songs that serve as the foundation for their current project. Kyle (bass) and Alex (drums) were added during later points in the band's progress. NiMo's sound integrates driving rhythms, prominent guitar riffs, and raspy vocals along with an overall attention to detail. The band is presently recording their debut album and playing at live venues in Atlanta and other southeastern locations.
