Because I was influenced by old school music, I used that as an avenue to make the music that I create today. Not only have they taught me about music, but they influenced me to write with more than just my head. They taught me to write with my heart, too. Though I've been writing for as long as I can remember, it was the actions of a friend that motivated me to take my music further. With his help, I was able to record my music for the first time and put it out for the public to hear. When I saw the reactions of the people who heard my music, I realized that this was something I needed to pursue. Since then I have continued to create music not for just myself, but now for others as well. I have no need to set myself apart from other artists because the people do it for me.
