Nicholas Walker

Nicholas Walker studied music at Middle Tennessee State University. He finished his degree in Classical Guitar Performance in 2005 while playing guitar and singing in the prog-rock band Finding Steve Cunningahm. After the band called it quits in 2007 he devoted his creativity to his songwriting and composing. Nicholas Walkers love of roots music combined with his schooling in the classical tradition strike a balance in both his songwriting and his arranging. Nicholas Walker cites an eclectic array of styles in his list of biggest influences which includes: gospel hymns, Leonard Cohen, Ben Folds, John Prine, and Tears for Fears.
