Winner of a Utah songwriting contest in the summer of 2008 for "Evi's Song." This song describes her emotions as she learns of the death of her full-term yet unborn child. When describing Nichole’s music, vocals and style; names like Sarah McLachlan, Jewel and Norah Jones come up often.

Nichole also had her song "Serenity" chosen for the ipodcast - "Women of Substance." This song describes her near death drowning as she slips unconscious into the sea. Her music arrangement, mesmerizing vocals and compelling lyrics paint an emotional image - as she struggles for her life.

Her song "Annabel Lee" uses the famous poem of Edgar Allan Poe to tell the "Chilling and Killing" story of a lost love. The music for this song (as well as "Serenity") was tracked by Alan Zavod, world class keyboardist of Frank Zappa fame.

Lily feet tells the story of Lisa See's bestselling book: Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, again with gorgeous harmonies, lyrics and arrangments.

As is evident in song after song, Nichole reaches out to the listener with raw emotion. After one open-mike performance in downtown SLC, the MC commented, "much props to the 'Voice'" - acknowledging her outstanding velvet alto.

Nichole shows variety with the bluesy and contemporary "Rain" and an upbeat country/funk flair in "Virginia", music was tracked for these by renowned guitarist/musician Jamie Glasser.

Her classic ballad "Lonely Games" is a fan favorite. One fan commented after listening to her album - "It was the most gorgeous CD I have ever heard." Give it a listen, it may very well find a spot on your current rotation - as it has for many fans.

Nichole's honest lyrics, emotional delivery and transcendent vocals connect with listeners on a personal level.

Nichole currently splits her time between Paris and the South of France.
