Introducing Nick Sturms. An accomplished country artist at 24 years old, Nick’s maturity and resume in the music business is remarkable. By 16 years old he was playing lead guitar for national touring acts, professional songwriter by 17 years old, and has toured to 48 states playing every kind of venues. Sturms has written songs for many artists including Jared Ashley’s (Blaster/ Warner Bros Record Label) current Billboard climbing single “Last Train to Memphis”.
Aside from playing 13 instruments himself, Nick Sturms band is a five piece combination of accomplished musicians. Drums and percussion (yes both) provide a rarely seen rhythmic vibe, keys, lead guitar, bass, acoustic. 4 part harmonies are part of his signature sound. A tight top notch band that brings each song to life and gets the crowd grooving along to every note.
Nick’s talent is a rare find. He wins fans with every performance. His show is high energy, his voice soulful, and his music and performance memorable. Nick is the walking, talking example of a true artist and his future in country music is bright as one can get. If you can imagine Kings of Leon raw real vocal style, Eric Church type swagger and song wheel, combined Keith Urban type guitar skills - you are getting in the ballpark of what Sturms brings to the table. Its something special to witness.
