Bio

Growing up on a 1,500 acre family dairy farm in Wisconsin, Nicole learned at a very young age the importance of family and hard work. From the time she was a small child, Nicole spent countless hours with her family working on the farm.

"It was on the farm that I really discovered how much I love to sing", states Nicole. "I remember how much time I would spend with my Dad in the barn and fields. We would sing at the top of our lungs as we were working, as it would help pass the time." "Daddy's Girl," a song off Nicole's debut album, is a reflection of this time. The song speaks of a relationship between a father and daughter built during childhood years. "My Dad has truly helped to make me who I am today. I will never forget the time spent with my Dad growing up. I want fathers everywhere to realize the impact they can have on their daughters lives just by being a part of their childhood."

"I really have a close relationship with my entire family," Nicole continues. "My Mom and Dad always made sure we spent a lot of time as a family," referring to her two brothers and her parents. "Some of the greatest memories that I have had were the family trips that we would take to the cabin each summer. We would stay on the lake and fish for a week! We always had so much fun together and it was just family."

"I really just want to share music with everyone," states Nicole. "Music has been such a huge part of my life and it's what I love to do. I really hope this album is something that someone out there can connect with." As an artist, Nicole has taken the family values of dedication and hard work and applied them to her music career. "This album is really special to me, maybe because it's my first, but really, it's just been so much fun making this music and I can't wait for everyone to hear it!"

"I'll Meet You There" is Nicole's first studio album. It was recorded under Red Hall Records at Full Spectrum Studios in Fond Du Lac, WI.

When asked the question “What does this album mean to you?” Nicole answers, "The first thing that pops in my head is that it’s a chance to be myself. When I sing these songs it brings out the real me. No one is telling me what I can and can’t do. It’s my freedom to share what’s important to me, and it is the way I escape from the real world."

"With this CD, I’m hoping that it will show kids my age not to give up and that they can succeed at whatever they choose to be. Luckily, I have a supportive family behind me at all times. I put various types of emotions into each song based on the message I’m trying to share. Luckily, the themes of the songs are mainly positive. Each one of these songs has a different meaning to me whether it is being a Daddy’s Girl, finding true love, or being grateful for all the blessings I have. These songs are messages I can relate to and I hope each one of these songs touch the hearts and emotion of others when they listen to them."

"The main reason I love and sing country so much is that the songs tell a story. I want to be able to tell my story. I love the feeling when I finish singing and people come up and tell me that they love my song because it tells an amazing story, and it has touched them in some special way."

"I believe that God gave me this gift for a reason, and I want to be able to live the life he wants me to live with no regrets. Through my music I want to be a positive role model to all kids whether young or old. I want to show them that they don’t have to go along with all the “popular trends” and that they need to just be themselves, and be able to stand on their own two feet. So far in my life, I have learned to pave my own path. I hope my music will help teach others that it is all right to make your own way in the world and most of all, to stay true to themselves."
