Nicole-Marie

My name is Nicole (Stage Name-Nicole Marie). I am 18 years old and I am currently a freshman at Michigan State University. Music is my passion. Growing up I’ve always loved entertaining people. I came across a karaoke machine when I was very young and I became addicted. I wrote my first song in 6th grade, my first performance was when I was 9, since then I knew I was meant to sing. I started voice lessons in 6th grade – 11th. I did talent shows all through elementary and junior high, and got into more serious singing in my high school years. Every kind of opportunity that came at me, I took it. I recently opened for artist Twista in Feb 09 and am scheduled to open for artist E-40 in April 09 and Fat Joe May 09 with the Chozen Few( number one on my top). I am one who follows my dreams no matter what, giving up is never an option for me. I am a perfect example of an artist, who is confident with what they stand for. I started recording summer of 08, and I.."ve come a long way in this short time. In the music industry people have to like you as a person and as an artist. I always stay true to myself, and I will always believe in myself and my music. I love a challenge, and well, the music industry is a challenge, a challenge I want to pursue. My music is my life, and I will continue to pursue my passion. I am the most determined person you could meet in your life, I never stop achieving. If I make a goal, you better believe that I’m going to reach it. I started from the bottom and I am on my way up! I want my music to inspire people, to motivate them, and I have all the motivation the in world the world to make it big. See you all at the top!
