The Austin - born singer-songwriter, Nicole Mariee began her musical journey like most singers before her have -- in church. From being classically trained on the piano during her teen years in high school, she grew up listening to Gospel, R&B, Pop, and Jazz. Her consistency, and work ethic of playing weekly shows at open mic nights would lead her to hit the stage at the House of Blues - Dallas, where she played two successful shows.
Shortly after high school she enrolled as a music major at Cedar Valley College and Dallas Baptist University's prestigious music department where she honed in on her songwriting, piano, and vocal skills. Nicole Mariee began her career while still a music student when she independently release her debut single One Day At A Time (2015). Since then she has released her debut Ep, Begin Again (2017). She is currently working on her next Ep, Evolution of Love which listeners can anticipate to hear the growth from her previous projects, musically, lyrically, and vocally.
