"VIP Interview: Young Pop Sensation Niece Elliott"

From walking the hallways of her middle school to showing off her talent center stage, Niece Elliott is a fourteen year old music sensation with a sparkling character and breathtaking voice.

While chatting with Niece at Audiostate 55 recording studio, I realized we have two things in common–a love for what we do and amazing family support. “For me having the gift to sing and my family’s support, I knew I could do it,” says Elliot. The more our conversation progressed, the more I realized we have more things in common–shopping, balancing school and work, and an understanding of true girl power. - Vintage Inspired Fashionista

Bio

Niece Elliott was born on May 8th, 1999 in Nashville Tennessee; also known as Music City USA. Since her early beginnings, she has wowed almost everyone she meets with her bubbly personality and unforgettable smile. Born, Jerniece Elliott, Niece always made it her duty to get peoples attention whenever she entered a room. At age 5, she began discovering her love for dancing. Whenever there was an opportunity to compete against someone in dancing, Niece was always up for the challenge.
A few years later is when Niece developed and began showcasing her undeniably amazing voice that we know today. Niece would always be the first person to volunteer whenever she had an opportunity to sing. Whether it was the National Anthem, a birthday song or even one her mothers favorite Gospel melodies, Niece would never say no to singing. Niece Elliotts musical inspirations came from her Grandfather, who is a faithful member of the Born Again Choir in Nashville, a choir that had been nominated for several Grammies. Aside from her grandfather, Niece has taken great liking to singers Beyonce Carter, Aaliyah, Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift, just to name a few.
