NiggaRadio is a project born in Catania (Sicily), in 2014: is a journey in music blending the roots blues and Sicilian popular music, adding a little of electronic and turns all to a modern new sound. It's a melting pot of different cultures transited in our island. NR music is strong, intense and grooving. It speaks of renaissance, love, human rights. The band (AS live electronics ecc,DG gtrs,ecc ) is able to perform in big places as in small clubs capturing the audience with their act.
In little more than
two years the band realized an EP and two albums, "Two sides"
"Na Storia" (2014) and FOLKBLUESTECHNOROLL (2016); two
Tenco Award nomination in two years ( “Best First” for Na storia
and “ Best Dialect Album” for FBTR); and other Awards. Three
Italian tour and the participation in various big festival like Cous
Cous or Labour Day in Rome 2015 and a successful crowdfunding
campaign on Musicraiser to support of its first European tour.
