The members of NIGHTLY BLUES have played together, at different times and in different configurations for over 20 years. As fate would have it they were all available at this time to create their own singular style of blues music. ANNIE RODRIGUEZ's powerful/soulful vocals are the centerpiece of the groups sound. Her extensive studio and stage work adds new dimensions to the band. JOHN MARK SCHILLING (LITTLE JOHN) lives and breathes guitar. LJ's distinct guitar playing and unique vocal style are a huge part of the bands sound. BILL BRADLEY (keyboards & vocals) brings an extensive knowledge of music and a exceptional spirit to the quintet, creating a full and well orchestrated sound while adding soulful vocals. MIKE MOLLOY (bass & vocals), is a solid and experienced musician. Well versed in many genres of music, especially r & b and blues, Mike's tasteful and rock solid playing help anchor the rhythm section. Drummer/vocalist JOHN (JB) HEIZMAN lays down a consistent, distinctive feel. His influences include swing, jazz, blues and rock. Together JB and MIKE create a crisp, steady pocket for the band to groove on. The combined talent of these five diverse musicians give the band their tight, cohesive sound.
