Lyrics

Psychlone

Written By: Steve Sprenger

Early morning; quarter past three
Without a warning; the shame ruptures me
Are you sleeping? Oh, is this just a dream?
If only so

But I know myself
Better than you do
Don’t matter which
Which lines you choose
As long I can break them
As long you can take it
I’m sorry but I…I...I...I
Had better go

Psychlone’s blowing; I’m frightened by the sound
Heavy waters; ship’s run aground
You don’t know me; No…n…n...not the devil in me
Judgment Awaits
(Judgment Awaits) – Backup Vocals

Cause I know myself
Better than you do
It don’t matter which
Which lines you choose
As long I can break them
As long I can fake it
I’m sorry but I…I...I...I
Had better go…

Arabic Breakdown with Sitar -

Can’t explain it, it’s as if something controls me
Reaches in and completely unfolds me
Where is my faith? Is this a test?
Pulls my strings – why can’t I resist?
In this world no one wants to be lonely, but
We can’t escape mistakes we made so boldly
In the end I know that I’ll pay dearly
(This will be my fate)… be…cause…

I know myself - (Bring in Strings Now)
Better than you do
Don’t matter which…
Which lines you choose
As long as I can fake it
As long you can take it
I’m sorry but I…I...I...I
I know myself
Better than you do
I play the part
You play the fool
As long I can fake it
As long you can take it
I’m sorry but I…I...I...I…had better go.

Finger to the Queen

Written By: Steve Sprenger

1,2, Screw you and your government
Groomed the wicked, squeezed the indigent
Proved to me that ignorance aint bliss
Feigned a deity; ruled with a…fist

By now I’ve seen everything
And all the bullshit in between
But I’m alive
And with this world pressed down on me
I give my finger to the queen
I will survive

Shun the leader; read between the lines
Hypnotized the youth; molests young minds
Pucker up give Euphrosene a kiss
All your tidings…come with a…twist

By now I’ve seen everything
And all the bullshit in between
But I’m alive
And with this world pressed down on me
I give my finger to the queen
I will survive

Loud then Soft for 3rd Verse

Slight the precious aging firmament
Spit your steak out at the mendicant
When you’re gone you’ll see you wont’ be missed
We’ll shower all your advocates with…piss

Loud

By now I’ve seen everything
And all the bullshit in between
But I’m alive
And with this world pressed down on me
I give my finger to the queen
I will survive
By now I’ve seen everything
And all the bullshit in between
But I’m Ali..i…i…ve
And with this world pressed down on me
I give my finger to the queen
I will survive.

The Mandino Rebuttal

Written By: Steve Sprenger

Love the rich
For they’re still alone
On their thrones of black disdain
Love the young
For the faith they hold
In a world of better days
In this age of smoke and mirrors
There’s only chaffs ‘round me
Screaming “lend to me your ears
Help me voice the sovereign plea
On which I stand”
“Where do you stand?”
Where do I stand?

Well cynicism’s brilliant and your faith is blind
And I feel a bit reluctant… this time
And I don’t know where to turn to just to get some peace…
Of mind…

Love the vain
For their eyes of sadness
The meek for their souls of peace
The insane
For their raves of madness
Love the poor and common thief
In this age of smoke and mirrors
There’s only chaffs round me
Screaming “lend to me your ears
Help me voice this sovereign plea
On which I stand”
“Where do you stand?”
Where do I stand?

Well cynicism’s brilliant and your faith is blind
And I feel a bit reluctant... this time
And I don’t know where to turn to just to get some peace…
Cynicism’s brilliant and your faith is blind
And I feel a bit reluctant... this time
And I don’t know where to turn to just to get some peace…
Of Mind…

Where’s my mind?
Where’s my mind?
