Biography

N-O made radio history with the first single from his debut album. He made history by becoming the first rapper to receive airplay on urban adult contemporary fm stations playing artists like Luther Vandross, Dionne Warwick, Patti LaBelle, Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, Regina Belle, Robin Thicke, Sade, Aretha Franklin, Janet Jackson, Brian McKnight, Teena Marie, Mary J. Blige, Gerald Levert, and Mariah Carey.

He joined forces with the American Red Cross in 2005 to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. All profits from the sale of his debut album went to the American Red Cross to help the Hurricane Katrina survivors.

N-O released his second full-length album three years later. He was invited to perform at music festivals in the United States. After the success of the summer festival dates, he went back to the studio to work on his third album.

In 2009, N-O released his next studio album, which contained collaborations with rappers and singers. This album received positive reviews from music critics while movie studios wanted the rights to feature songs from the third album in movies.
