Bio

Australian-born Noah Shilkin is an accomplished performer, composer, producer, writer, recording artist, multi-instrumentalist and arranger who has worked with artists such as Alanis Morrisette, Bryan Adams and AC/DC to name a few. He was keyboardist and songwriter for legendary Australian cult band Mother Goose as well as Vancouver’s own Loverboy. Noah has composed for many nationally recognized names such as Nike, Chevrolet, Calvin Klein, Coca-Cola and General Motors. His songwriting catalogue boasts 300 songs and includes the Voodoo Opera "Under a Mardi Gras Moon". Noah has logged over 3000 live performances from Australia to Europe to North America and continues to play to his loyal following.

In Toronto Noah has worked for the infamous Einstein Brothers, placing much of his material. Later, both Noah Shilkin and Amos Carlen founded Brumby Music where they would go on to produce music for a vast array of clients.

Sponsored into Canada from Australia by Bruce Allen Talent in 1987, Noah’s recent credits include original music and production for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Nelvana, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Diabetes Association of America and the Canadian Film Corporation.

Noah’s live show is a totally unique experience encompassing an irreverent, poignant and humorous mix of original music, songs and stories. “...Lou Reed meets Victor Borge”.
