Ash & Conan rise from the ashes of Bukkake Katholik to show their NOBLE BLOOD: a nod to the innovation of new wave with a penchant for the punks of new and old.

The songwriting team of Ash Keenan and Conan Romanyk rise from the ashes of Bukkake Katholik (who have had the past pleasure of performing with bands like Priestess, Die Mannequin, and The Forgotten Rebels) to form a new sound known as NOBLE BLOOD. Rounding out the team on drums is Andrew McNenly, a true veteran of T.O. punk (ex-Bender.)

With lyrics about first dates and last calls, bad dates and close calls, and all the sordid tales in between, NOBLE BLOOD songs are a poisoned dart coated in ‘70’s Glam and Bay Area Metal, aimed straight at your New-Wave heart.

Musically, Noble Blood is a slick Eddie Van Halen lick, a Patti Smith Tomahawk scream with a Talking Heads sense of humour – all set in front of a brooding Bauhaus beat. Confused? So are they. And yet the results are miraculously coherent – a truly original rock experience. Definitely not your typical rock ‘n’ roll three-piece.

Demos available on A taste of NOBLE BLOOD's full-length debut will be available in June 2010!

JUNE 22, 2010: The release of the SONG FOR AFRICA: RWANDA RISES UP! charity album, featuring Sarah Slean, Hot Hot Heat, Operation MD, and many more noteworthy Canadian artists. On it, NOBLE BLOOD team up with Ian D'Sa (Billy Talent) for the single "Land Of A Thousand Hills."
