Noel Wentworth

Noel's performance background goes back to when he was 16 playing small venues. Instantly getting hooked on the rush of playing in front of an audience , music became his life's passion .He later moved on to complete a two year degree in music performance from a Berkeley College accredited program (Selkirk College) as well as creating his own instructional courses for the City of Kelowna and private teaching.

Over the last decade Noel has gone from rocking Canadian pubs to fueling dance clubs overseas . He's Played anything and everything from Celtic pop to Punk rock ,Classic rock to Disco, in show bands as large as 8 pieces Down to his successful
Duo and Single acts . This versatile artist's love of performing and teaching has polished his radio friendly writing and production approach to music to a fine shine. John Mayer, Duncan sheik , the Goo Goo Dolls, John Cougar Melloncamp influence
Noel's first and second CD releases squarely aimed at Adult contemporary and Pop
Top 40 audiences.

Motion , Noels first CD is almost wrapped up. The single Sleep been getting fair airplay around the Okanagan on several FM stations as well as canadian prvicial play on CBC Radio.Track 7 off of Motion the last to know has also been getting some airplay as well. and has recently won a licensing deal on a international talent and song writing competition make a star.com (www.makeastar.com).

Back in the studio , Noel is currently finsihing up the last track to complete his second CD (title TBA).With early signs of succes already winning a spot on The Okanagans Battle of the bands Compilation CD . His second project combines the strengths of Motion but shows a maturity in not only songwirting but his production skills to push the envelope on developing his own sound.
