"Out of This World Refreshing"

The Thanksgiving Day Parade was a hit in South Miami as the streets of Little Haiti were lined with children of all ages celebrating the occasion. It was when the sun went down that the real celebration began. Just over the bridge on South Beach, was an unusual yet " Out of This World" refreshing live show. The show was headlined by Miami's own Trick Daddy, Rick Ross, and Trina. Surprisingly enough, the stars that seemed to shine the brightest were from the opening act No Hype Ent. The group brought a feeling to the stage that resonated with the audience and caught people dead in their tracks. After the show, Trina commented on this years opening act.

" I was blown away, not only by their "cool," but also the depth of their lyrics. We need more artists like them in the rap genre, everyone is talking about cars, clothes, hoes, and money... While No Hype is opening closed eyes one show after another." - The Miami Herald

Bio

No Hype Ent began in Iraq in 2006 under the name A.G. M. Also known as Always Get Money. Performing for small groups of fans, AGM began to make a name for itself both overseas and on military bases in the U.S. In 2009 No Hype Ent was spawned, bringing together a few key players ready and willing to make an impact on the hip hop genre. No Hype Ent prides itself on being a lifestyle. No bells and whistles, no fancy print, it is what it is. No Hype Ent is currently assisting three aspiring hip hop artists in the furthering of their careers in music. With two albums scheduled to come out in 2010, No Hype Ent plans to create its own respected circle amongst hip hop fans. The end goal is not to get rich, but to be able to continue doing what we love doing, and that is entertaining. With the future in No Hype Ent's hands, the sky is the limit. Motivated artists welcome.
L.A.C.- Originally from Jersey City, NJ. Marquis Funchess has been performing since the age of 15. Funchess attained his stage name early, after attacking his own image. L.A.C stands for Long Ass Chin. L.A.C’s sense of humor creates an immediate draw on audiences. L.A.C just returned back to the U.S from Afghanistan on his third tour of duty for the U.S. Army. L.A.C recorded his first album, The Chalkboard, in Iraq in the summer of 2006. His second release, The Prescription was released in fall of 2006 also in Iraq. Although the last eight years of his life have been nothing but sacrifice, he has made the best of it. L.A.C will be getting out of the military in 2010 and is putting his time towards the furthering of his career as a “Lyrical Monster.”

Clarity*- Originally from Cape Coral, Florida. Kevin Boro has been writing songs his whole life. In 2004, Clarity won a local writing contest which netted him not only monetary reward, but necessary exposure. After writing radio hits for local artists such as Plies and T-Pain, Clarity realized he had something special, a gift. His laid-back “no hype” image has prevented him from stealing the limelight, and it is also what makes him a perfect puzzle piece at No Hype Ent. Clarity is a ghostwriter out to claim a piece of the pie, rightfully so.
