NON-COMPLIANT was formed in July 2009 by guitarist Donnie Cretsinger and vocalist Scott Wylde. After several months of song writing, Donnie and Scott met drummer Sebastian Steber and former bassist Lucky Dayze in February 2010. The members of NON-COMPLIANT immediately began booking shows in local venues and performed their first show a week after completing the band's line up. Current bassist Ron Fresquez joined the band in January 2011.
The band performed 43 shows all over Colorado in 2010 and has plans on performing more shows and touring in 2011.
