With only five bands on the playbill for Saturday night, I didn't know what to expect. I'll tell you what I got though…five bands playing their A@#es off for a chance to be one in four for the night to move on to the quarterfinals. We started in the summer of '00 by rocking out to cover songs. Played our first live show 3 weeks after we started, actually had great turnout and rocked. The need for original music soon came . We started to write for our demo ep"running for the razors'. When we had the demo done we handed out around 800 for free, worldwide. The demo had 4 songs on it. We played local shows in our area for a few months, and started to make a name. IN Nov of 2002 we were nominated for a MIDWEST MUSIC AWARD in the best rock category....2nd. We also were able to open for 70's So.Rock band MOLLY HATCHET, won those fans over also. Due to another 10-12 bands with the same name we had to change it to NoneWillFall. Again played shows for the rest of 2002 and 1st half of 2003 including placing 3rd of 20 at the 96.7willrock battle-0-bands2003, Also broke into the CHICAGO suburbs at clubs such as CHAMPS, JJ KELLY'S, Martini's, OASIS 160 and so on. Started our full length cd in the summer of 2003. We played a string of Benefits over the summer while we recorded. The cd was finished on DEC 27 2003. The year 2004 had us going regional. Multiple dates at THE RAVE in milwakee, WI. Playing with bands such as KITTIE and JACKYL. In 2004 we placed 2nd in the 94.7thezone battle-0-bands. We'll start 2005 by opening the show for ALTERBRIDGE in Milwaukee, WI and start writing our 2005 e.p. At this years 94.7zone we once again placed 2nd overall of all the bands. We also finally got in to the city (chicago) to start playing. The first time out was US BEER CO with more to follow. We also have made a visit to O'MALLEY's in the southside. In Nov of 2005 we will start the first round of the EMERGENZA contest. For the first round of the EMERGENZA fest we placed 1st in round 1. Our cd is available at many retail stores such as SAM GOODY...TOWER RECORDS....BORDERS....and online at itunes.com....target.com....cdbaby.com.....virginmega.com...and more. By the end of 2005, we got our first radioplay on 97.9WLUP. IN the EMERGENZA band battle we placed 1st in round 2. That is two cosecutive 1st place finishes. And now to the DOUBLE DOOR.
