We can’t think of a better way to start 2016 off than to spend a night enjoying the musical aptitudes of one of the most popular bands in our area, NO QUESTION.

Out in front is the very ultra-charismatic Johnny Love who is the epitome of a rock star great with all his stage presence, tons of energy, vast range of vocals and more! Johnny always comes prepared to blow the house down and he always shows up with his way-cool candy apple gold 1957 Gibson Guitar.

Sharing the vocals with octaves that reach higher than the clouds is bass player Sam Acosta. Sam’s voice is a direct compliment to Johnny’s with perfect harmonization between the two creating an off-the-chart result. Sam also gives us his keyboard skills so, as you can imagine, he is one busy guy!

Joe Brahar is the “Dude” who keeps the band in sync. Joe is a well-established drummer who has a great passion for his craft and is held in high regard by both peers and fans alike. We loved his work on all the Zeppelin covers.

As we have said before, all bands possess a secret weapon. Chip Holway is the secret weapon of choice for NO QUESTION. Unlike most lead guitarists, Chip seems to shun the limelight preferring to stay in the shadows letting his fingers do the talking. His wild licks and lightning fast riffs put him at the top of the class.

NO QUESTION played a variety of modern, alternate and classic rock but we feel they excel in the classic rock genre. Our pick of the night was a winning trifecta of Led Zeppelin tunes starting off their second set for the night. Everyone in the band had a hand in a rousing cover of “Communication Breakdown” with killer vocals, outrageous guitar work and wild drum rolls! Every single person in the crowd was on their feet singing along! Good times for sure! So we have to give out a giant that-a-boy to NO QUESTION.
