The cello's broad opening stroke is so deep I thinks it's a contrabass, the keyed fiddle's silver arabesque is thin as the finest thread, and the mandolin's picking is soft as brown whey butter. After a while, two black-clad women float in and eddy around with soft curtsies towards and around each other. The keyed fiddle presses like an angry bee, the musical energy waxes (are there really only three musicians?), and then the third dancer enters, a black-clad man, with a handclap, foot clap, knee clap, a kick up and backwards -- exquisite! -- and foot clap again, and stamp, stamp, stamp!

One of the highlights is undoubtedly Nordic featuring STHLM Moves. Half-way through the evening's program the seats and stairways in the Idun hall are filled, the lights go down and thereafter it is pure magic. Petra Eriksson and Anna Öberg’s duet is a work of art.
Messrs Anders Löfberg, Magnus Zetterlund and Erik Rydvall are three eminent musicians. With the encore, a syncopated schottis, the stage becomes a sea of exuberant couples. Magic is the word…//
