NOVUSTORY, We are a 3-piece Alt/Indie Rock band from Bury, Nr Manchester. Our high energy, progressive, Alt/Indie Rock stops people in their tracks.

We released our debut single - Mirrors, on Sunday 24th January at Rebellion in Manchester, our EP of the same name is being launched at our headline gig at Manchester Academy 3 on 25th March.

News:

We have finished recording their Debut EP “Mirrors” at Blueprint Studios, Manchester. The EP has been produced by Gary Hadfield with assistance from Richard Jupp of Elbow!! The Band will be releasing their Debut EP Single - Mirrors on Sunday 24th January 2016 at Rebellion in Manchester with the release for their EP at Manchester Academy 3 headline gig on Friday 25th March 2016.

Recently formed from the ashes of Absolute Stereo, the band members are buzzing from the excitement of playing their first European gigs. Now Imogen is writing the lyrics and producing some superb melodies, the band are very excited about this their first EP. When Richard Jupp said, about track 5 - Twitch - “That song is Monstrous” we all got very excited, we are hoping for great things from the release.

James Duckworth on Drums,

Both James and Dec are currently on a gap year or so, to extend the bands repatoir of original songs and to promote the EP.

Our influences include Radiohead, Muse, Billy Talent & Rodrigo Y Gabriella, which leads to a deep moody alternative rock sound with exciting guitar riffs. 

Songs on the new EP: Book By The Cover, Bring it Back, Mirrors, Something Of Me And You, & Twitch, all of which can be heard live at our gigs. The band are constantly writing new material, which is performed at their live events and will be released over the coming months.
