It was a sultry summer night when four denizens of the New York City music scene met over shots of vodka and decided to form Now We're Even. Ty, Trish, Ken and Greg had chewed the same dirt in the NYC rock scene and had even shared the stage a couple of times, but their trajectories finally collided after Ty and Trish decided to expand their acoustic act and become a full-blown rock and roll band. From their first rehearsal they realized that they had chemistry that reeked of the promise of great things to come. Since forming, they have toured constantly and rocked out at such noteworthy shows as MamaPalooza, Porn for Peace, Emergenza, Meanyfest, the Brooklyn Pride Festival and SXSW. They currently are living out their proto-glamorous lives in NYC, where they write, record and perform gritty, strong, and subtly sexualized songs about life, love, and rising above it all.
