NUD did the stupid thing of turning down an invitation for beer with Coldplay's Chris Martin. The incident happened after the band thought they were going to perform with Coldcut (daniels favourite DJ), but it turned out to be this other english act, Colplay.... Since the band was expecting the famous DJ, they didnt recognize mr Martin, and did the elegant thing of asking him if his band had made a record deal. Coldplay turned out to be a very friendly group of people and we ended up shearing many beers.....
So far, the band has made two EP's and an album; "Stuck between rock and a hard place". The album has received good critics in papers and magazines in Europe. NUD has become a great LIVE-act. The band has performed together with bands like; Coldplay (Metropol Live TV) and Massive Attack (Quart-festival -03). The band did a great performance at Canadian Music Week, 2005! NUDs brand new album: "Struggle in Stereo", will be released in march 2007.
