"Nuevo SoL" a latin band here in Las Cruces, New Mexico..... Nuevo SoL comprises of 6 members and is looking forward to reaching out to other areas that may be interested in a new latin cultural sound.... We play frequently at local wine festivals "La Union Harvest Festival" "Southern New Mexico Wine Festival" also in Santa Fe, Scottsdale, AZ, Silver City Blues Festival, Onion Festival, Mesilla Plaza, Downtown Winterfest, Rio Grande Theatre, AZUL's in Hotel Encanto, De la Vegas, The Whole Enchilada Fiesta 2009/2010 one of the opening band for "Los Lonely Boys" and many local Clubs in our area... - Nuevo SoL

An explosion of culture right into the face of the poor unexpecting public, Nuevo Sol mixes some of the progressive cutting edge styles that make southwestern music what it is. The borderlands are so rich with style and many cultures that come together here at the krux of two countries. Nuevo Sol takes the best of the latin world, the best of the jazz world and the best of the reggae world and the best of the rock world and transforms them into a powerful, energetic performance, and a style all their own.
