Bio
Number Theory are Canadian vocalist,Amy Kunkel and Kildare natives bota(bass+programming) and Simon Fay(guitar+programming).
They are currently based in Waterford and working on their third EP 'inanitia'.
Their music has been described as
'pulsating electronica' by
Jim Caroll at The Irish Times and as 'mightily impressive stuff' by Rob O'Connor,Beat FM dj and CMA judge.
Riddled with time signature changes and intricate programming, the music swings from laid back grooves to intense and dark drum and bass and draws influence from artists like Radiohead,John Coltrane,Portishead,Massive Attack.
To date they have played gigs all over the country and recently supported And So I Watch You From Afar.
